Pacific Dental
A recently completed project is Pacific Dental, a dental office located in the High Park area of Toronto. The project scope was to selectively demolish some of the interior elements and renovate an existing commercial building. This project also included an addition at the rear. Our mandate included the selection of the consultants as well as assistance with the design and tender package preparation. We were also involved in recommending the contractor awarding and negotiating the final contract price. During construction, we analysed project changes and worked with the owner and consultants to advise on the validity of their scope and cost. Plan Construction Management also assisted with implementing alternate subtrades for certain unforeseen issues. We recommended testing and inspection consultants as required.
